Refund Policy

1. What is the criteria for a successful refund?

 

– The product should be unused and unworn. We always accept products that are returned in its original state.

 

2. How long will it take to get a refund?

 

– We would need 1-2 days to ensure that the returned product is in sale-able condition. Any refunds will be credited via the payment method used previously.

 

3. Can I send a product back at any time after purchasing?

 

– Yes, we accept returns at any time as long as the criteria for refunds is met.

 

4. How can I return a product?

 

– There are 2 ways to get in touch with us:

5. What would I need to include in my email or Whatsapp message?

– You will need to include the order ID and your name (kindly double-check to ensure that your details are accurate) so that we are able to locate your purchase records within the fastest time.
p.s. we would also appreciate it if you would let us know the reason for your  return so that we can continuously improve our products and services.

 

6. Do I have to pay to return a product?

 

– Within 21 days: If you decide to return the product within 21 days of purchase, there will be no return fee. We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label upon request.
After 21 days: You can still return the product after 21 days (unused, unworn, saleable condition). However, you’ll be charged a $5.95 restocking fee in that case.

 

7. Can I return a Free Trial product at any time?

 

– Yes, you can. Our system is set to bill after 21 days. Should you wish to return the product before or after billing, do follow the steps listed above to get your refund.

 

8. How long would I normally have to wait to get a reply?

 

– We will usually reply back within 24 hrs.
 

Exchange Policy

 
1. Can I exchange my product for a different size or style?

– Yes, you can. We will always do our best to ensure that our customers are satisfied, and we hope you understand that not all products will always be available at any time. However, if your requested product is not available, we will inform you of any alternatives available for immediate exchange.

 

2.Do I need to pay to exchange a product?

 

– No payment is necessary. Just drop us an email or Whatsapp message (as stated in the Refund Policy) and we will send you a prepaid shipping label for return. Once we have ensured that the returned product is unused and in its original state, we will send you your requested exchange product.

 

3. How long will it take for me to get my exchange product?

 

– We would need 1-2 days to ensure that the returned product is in saleable condition. After that, we will send you your requested product.
